Unicorn Advisor's business in Asia began in 2016 as a specialist Financial Markets / Investment Banking/ Information Technology Executive Search firm, covering both sellside and buyside clients as well as commercial MNCs . We also cover C-level executive roles for listed companies and portfolio companies sponsored by PE/ VC funds. In terms of clientele, we work on predominantly mid to senior level roles with leading global and Chinese banks, securities firms, asset/ wealth managers, PE funds, Hedge funds and SI/ technology vendors.

We have dedicated consultants who bring in strong product knowledge & sector focus in each of the main practices within the banking & finance space, including Equities, Fixed Income, IBD, Asset & Wealth Management as well as core functions for Middle & Back office. Based in Hong Kong yet with a regional coverage and track record, we have managed to gain solid traction and reputation in the markets, thanks to our good understanding of financial markets in Asia and strong network with candidates which has been accumulated through many years of work and dedication. We also opened a London office in 2022 to better serve our clients who have presence in the UK/ European markets and it helps create great synergy between HK and London.
